Views of Cork Harbour and the Lee by Henry Morgan

Henry Morgan (fl. 1849)

Henry Morgan, born in Co. Cork, was an amateur landscape artist.  In 1849 he published a series of 28 lithographs measuring 15 by 11 inches. Cork City Libraries holds a copy of A series of views of the harbour and river of Cork drawn by Henry Morgan, Esqr the limited-edition reprint of these 28 lithographs, published by Feehan and Sons, Cork, in 1999. This reprint can be consulted in our Local Studies department.  We also hold a number of older reprints, in varying conditions, shown below. Some of these images required digital cleaning.
