Views of Cork, Blarney & Queenstown: 73 platinatone views with descriptive guide of the district. Dublin: William Lawrence [1902?]
Extract from above publication:
"Queenstown, formerly known as Cove, and renamed after the landing of Queen Victoria in 1849, is built on a steep hill sloping down to the shore. St Colman's Cathedral (Roman Catholic) is a beautiful example of the work of Pubin and Ashlin, and has not its equal in Ireland. The exterior is of grey granite, the interior being remarkable for the wood carvings."
